- A. We offer free shipping on orders over $60.00 or for all of our Mechanics Club Members.
- Q. WHAT IS THE MECHANICS CLUB
- The Mechanics Club is for those that want to have the ease of coffee being shipped directly to their door automatically. This saves them time, 15% on every order and free shipping on all orders. A real "gearhead" would always want to be in a Mechanics Club.
- Q. HOW DO I MANAGE MY MECHANICS CLUB ACCOUNT
- A. This is actually pretty easy, all you have to do is log in to your account. (If you don't have an account see below on how to create one). Once you are logged in find the tab that says "Manage Subscriptions" click that tab and it will open up every option from Quantity, Frequency, Next Ship Date and Product Swapping. NOTE: On mobile device the manage subscriptions tab is all the way at the bottom of the page. If you wish to cancel, it can be done after 3 months. There are exceptions, but you must contact us at info@gearheadcoffee.com for validity.
- Q. HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT
- A. To create an account just click on account then click on create account. If you have purchased from us before please be sure to use the same email you have already used so all your purchases will be linked.
- Q. WHAT ARE LOYALTY POINTS
- You can earn loyalty points with every purchase that you make. The more points you earn the more rewards you can get.
- Q. HOW DO I USE MY LOYALTY POINTS
- A. Simply log into your account and look at the bottom of the page and you will see the orange loyalty banner that has your current points available. Just click that then click on rewards and claim your discount. Points can be spent on regularly priced items.
