It adds great flavor to any meat. I have added it to chicken beef and even on Canadian bacon pizza it is amazing.
I’ve used this on steak and chicken so far and it’s great with both. I also like coffee rubs on tilapia, so that ‘s the next try.
Like all the Gearhead products I have tried, the Brake Dust Grand Prix Expresso rub was awesome! I smoked a brisket last weekend and it had excellent flavor. Please keep creating new products, I'll keep trying them!

We currently live in a world where coffee has been radicalized with pumps of syrup, squirts of artificial flavoring, and a multitude of creams and milk. This coffee is my favorite, hands down.
It has a great, natural and unique flavor without additives, syrups and sugars, or artificial anything. I love the Texas Beadlock Pecan coffee!
